How Returns Are Evaluated
All returned devices are inspected at our Flow Lab.
Every return is visually inspected by our QC team.
If damage is found, applicable fees may apply
What “Like New” Means
A device is considered like new if:
There is no cosmetic or physical damage
No scratches or chips on the enclosure
No damage to the ultrasonic train, fins, or mounting points
All original accessories are included:
USB-C power cable
C-holders
Replacement pads
