How Data Premium Data Plan Activation Works

Our Support Team will help you activate your plan after purchase and account creation.

Your data plan is linked to your Bluebot account and needs to be activated by our team.

  • If you’re a new customer, please create your Bluebot account first. After that, contact Customer Support and we’ll activate your plan for you.

  • If you’re an existing customer, upgrading to Premium also requires some help from our Support team, to ensure the plan gets applied to the correct account.
