If you’re purchasing Bluebot through Amazon, there are a few important things to know before placing your order. Understanding this ahead of time will help ensure a smooth setup once your device arrives.
Amazon purchases and Bluebot accounts
Bluebot devices purchased on Amazon are not automatically linked to a Bluebot account.
This means:
A Bluebot account is not created at the time of purchase
Your device will arrive before any account setup is completed
You must create your Bluebot account separately
If you purchase a prepaid data streaming plan
If your Amazon order includes a prepaid data streaming plan:
The plan will not activate automatically
You must first create a Bluebot account
After account creation, Customer Support must manually apply the prepaid plan
Until this step is completed, your account will show a basic plan.
What you’ll need to do after delivery
Once your Bluebot arrives:
Create your Bluebot account
If you prepaid for a data streaming plan, contact Customer Support to activate it
Add your device to your dashboard
Important things to know
Data streaming plans purchased on Amazon require manual activation
A Bluebot device can only be bound to one account at a time
Payment confirmation alone does not activate a plan
