When will my device ship?
Most Bluebot orders ship within 1-2 business days from our California warehouse once payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
For orders within the United States, we ship using:

UPS
FedEx
For international orders, we select the carrier that can deliver your package safely and reliably, which may include DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the number of devices in your order.
Shipping is typically $15 per device
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout/on your invoice
Who pays international duties or customs fees?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees based on the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer (recipient)
Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost
The carrier may collect payment before or at delivery
Packages may be held by customs until fees are paid
