Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days
We ship from Monterey, California
Shipments usually go out before 5:00 PM PST
We do not ship on weekends or holidays

United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx
International: DHL or the best available carrier for your location
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
These fees are the responsibility of the customer
Customs fees are not included in shipping costs
Packages may be held by customs until fees are paid
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Devices must be returned in original condition with all accessories
A one-year warranty covers manufacturer defects
If a replacement is needed, our support team will work with you case-by-case to find the best solution
