When you shop with or contact Bluebot, your expectations should be high. Plan Activation & Upgrades

  • Activation timeframe:
    Most plans are activated within 24 hours after payment is confirmed
    (Excludes weekends and holidays)

  • Want to speed things up?

    • Create your Bluebot account first

    • Let our support team know once your payment is complete

  • How plans are applied:

    • Plans are currently tied to your account

    • In the future, plans will be applied per device/serial number

  • Mid-cycle upgrades:

    • Plans run for 1 year from the activation date

    • Upgrading mid-cycle does not shorten your plan length

Shipping Expectations

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days

  • We ship from Monterey, California

  • Shipments usually go out before 5:00 PM PST

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Carriers we use:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • International: DHL or the best available carrier for your location

International Orders & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customs fees are not included in shipping costs

  • Packages may be held by customs until fees are paid

Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Devices must be returned in original condition with all accessories

  • A one-year warranty covers manufacturer defects

  • If a replacement is needed, our support team will work with you case-by-case to find the best solution

  • Start with the Bluebot AI assistant in the app or on our website

  • If needed, you can always request help from a human

  • Typical response time is within 1 hour during business hours

  • Your device serial number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or screenshots, if available
