I Bought My Bluebot on Amazon and Prepaid for My Plan — Now What?

If you purchased your Bluebot device on Amazon and prepaid for a data streaming plan, you’re almost set. There are just a couple of quick steps to complete before your plan becomes active.

Step 1: Create your Bluebot account

Amazon purchases are not automatically linked to a Bluebot account.
If you haven’t already, create your Bluebot account using the app or website.

Step 2: Set up your device

Once your account is created:

  • Add your Bluebot to your dashboard

  • Complete device setup and connectivity

Step 3: Contact Customer Support to activate your plan

Prepaid plans purchased through Amazon require manual activation.

After your account is set up:

  • Contact Bluebot Support

  • Let us know you purchased a prepaid plan through Amazon

  • Our team will apply the plan to your account, typically within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

Good to know

  • Payment alone does not activate a plan

  • A Bluebot account must exist before a plan can be applied

  • If you want to speed things up, let support know once your account is created
