We stand behind the quality and reliability of every Bluebot device. The information below outlines what is covered under our warranty and how to request support if something isn’t working as expected.


One-Year Limited Warranty

All Bluebot devices are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date the device is delivered to the customer.

This warranty is designed to protect against manufacturer defects and ensure your device performs as intended under normal use.


What the Warranty Covers

The Bluebot warranty covers issues related to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Sensor or electronic component failures

  • Hardware issues that prevent normal operation

  • Defects discovered during normal, intended use

If a warranty issue is confirmed, Bluebot will work with you to repair or replace the device, at our discretion.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, dents that do not affect functionality)

  • Damage caused by improper installation or removal

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Environmental damage (including submersion, fire, or conditions outside the supported temperature range)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear over time


Devices That Arrive Damaged or Defective

If your Bluebot arrives damaged or does not function properly out of the box:

  • Contact Bluebot Support as soon as possible

  • Provide photos and a brief description of the issue

  • Our team will help arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate


How to Start a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support:

  1. Contact Bluebot Support using the AI assistant in the app or on our website

  2. Request a warranty review

  3. Be ready to provide:

    • Device serial number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos if available

Our support team will guide you through the next steps and let you know if a return or replacement is required.


Important Notes

  • Warranty claims require review and approval by Customer Support

  • Replacement decisions are handled case-by-case

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless ownership has been properly transferred
