What’s the difference between the Basic and Premium data streaming plans?

Basic plan includes:

  • Standard data streaming

  • Up to 90 days of data history

  • One alert per meter

Premium plan includes:

  • Near real-time data streaming

  • Up to 12 months of data history

  • Multiple alerts per meter

  • Support for multiple meters

Do I need the Premium plan?

You may not need Premium if you:

  • Monitor one or two meters

  • Only need one alert

  • Check or download your data regularly

Premium is recommended if you need long-term data retention, multiple alerts, or are monitoring multiple systems or properties.

Can I buy the Bluebot Mini without the Premium Plan?

No — the Bluebot Mini requires an active Premium subscription.

The Bluebot Mini is only supported with an active Premium data streaming plan. A Premium subscription is required to activate the device and access its full functionality, including data streaming, alerts, and historical usage.

If you’re looking for a device that can be used without a Premium subscription, the standard Wi-Fi Bluebot may be a better fit, as it supports our Basic data streaming plan.

Can a Bluebot be connected to more than one account?

No. A Bluebot device can only be bound to one account at a time.

What should I do before selling or transferring my Bluebot?

Before transferring ownership, you must remove the meter from your Bluebot account. This unbinds the device so the new owner can add it to their account without delays.
