Common Causes
Temporary network outages
Short internet or network interruptions can temporarily interrupt data syncing. Bluebot will automatically reconnect once the network is restored.
Gateway power or connection issues
If your setup uses a gateway, confirm it is:
Plugged into power
Connected to the network
Not showing error indicators
Sync delays vs true disconnection
Data may appear delayed during normal syncing intervals. A short delay does not necessarily indicate a disconnection.
What to Expect
Bluebot continues measuring flow during short outages
Data typically syncs automatically once connectivity returns
No action is needed for brief interruptions

The device shows offline for an extended period
The gateway has power but does not reconnect
