How Activation Works
Data plan activation is not automatic.
New customers:
You must create your Bluebot account first. After purchasing a plan, contact Customer Support so the plan can be manually activated.Existing customers:
If you upgrade or change plans, Customer Support must apply the update to your account.
What Support Needs
To activate your plan, support may ask for:
Your account email
Your Bluebot serial number or meter name
Confirmation of purchase
Activation Timing
Plans are typically activated shortly after your account is confirmed.
