My Data Plan Isn’t Active

Data plans are activated after they are linked to your Bluebot account.

How Activation Works

Data plan activation is not automatic.

  • New customers:
    You must create your Bluebot account first. After purchasing a plan, contact Customer Support so the plan can be manually activated.

  • Existing customers:
    If you upgrade or change plans, Customer Support must apply the update to your account.

What Support Needs

To activate your plan, support may ask for:

  • Your account email

  • Your Bluebot serial number or meter name

  • Confirmation of purchase

Activation Timing

Plans are typically activated shortly after your account is confirmed.
