How to Delete a Meter From Your Dashboard

If you no longer need to view a Bluebot meter in your account, you can remove it directly from your dashboard.

Steps to delete a meter

  1. Open your Bluebot dashboard

  2. Locate the meter you want to remove

  3. Swipe left on the Bluebot’s name

  4. Tap the trash can icon

  5. Confirm that you want to delete the device from your account

Once confirmed, the meter will be removed from your dashboard.

What happens to your data?

Deleting a meter from your dashboard:

  • Does not delete historical data stored in the Bluebot cloud

All usage data is stored securely in our cloud system and is not removed when a device is deleted from an account.

Important notes

  • Removing a meter only unlinks it from your account

  • If the device will be transferred to another user, it must be removed from your account first

  • A device can only be connected to one account at a time
