How to upgrade my Data Streaming Plan

Upgrading your Bluebot data streaming plan is not currently an automatic, self-service action. Our Customer Support team must activate the upgrade on your account.

For existing Bluebot users

If you already have a Bluebot account and would like to upgrade your plan:

  1. Contact Customer Support

  2. Let us know that you would like to upgrade your data streaming plan

  3. Once payment is confirmed, our team will manually activate the upgraded plan on your account

Your upgraded features will be available once activation is complete.

For new customers

If you are a new customer and have purchased a data streaming plan:

  • You must first create a Bluebot account

  • After your account is set up, contact Customer Support so we can activate the plan

At this time, plan activation does not occur automatically after purchase.

Important to know

  • Plan upgrades require manual activation by Customer Support

  • Payment alone does not activate or change your plan

  • You must have an active Bluebot account before a plan can be applied

  • Changes take effect after confirmation by our support team
