I purchased my device on Amazon, and pre-paid for my plan, but it is not active yet, what should I do?

If you purchased your Bluebot device and prepaid data streaming plan through Amazon and your plan is not showing as active, this is usually because your Bluebot account has not been created yet.

Why this happens

Amazon purchases are not automatically linked to a Bluebot account.
In most cases, customers:

  • Receive their device before creating a Bluebot account

  • Have no account for the prepaid plan to be applied to

Until an account exists, the data streaming plan cannot be activated.

What to do next

  1. Create your Bluebot account

  2. Once your account is set up, contact Customer Support

  3. Let us know you purchased a prepaid data streaming plan through Amazon

  4. Our team will apply the prepaid upgrade to your account

Important to know

  • Prepaid plans purchased on Amazon require manual activation

  • Payment alone does not activate the plan

  • A Bluebot account must exist before a plan can be applied

  • Activation is handled by Customer Support once account details are confirmed
