If you move your Bluebot or change Wi-Fi networks, use the "Switch WiFi Network" button. Do NOT remove your Bluebot from the app if you do not see the "Switch WiFi Network" button. Doing so will remove any active subscriptions from your account. Instead, Contact customer support.
How to Reconfigure Your Bluebot
Open the Bluebot app and go to the Dashboard
Find and select the Bluebot you want to move or reconnect
Select the settings icon on the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down to the Telemetry section and tap "Switch WiFi Network"
Follow the prompts to switch the WiFi network on your device.
When Should I Do This?
Use this process if:
You moved Bluebot to a new location
You changed Wi-Fi networks or passwords
